This session will explore the latest advancements in predictive safety testing and assess their real-world effectiveness in preventing battery-related incidents. Key topics will include new methodologies for detecting battery defects, advances in mechanical and electrical abuse testing, thermal stability and propagation testing, and strategies for managing overcharge and over-discharge scenarios.
